Template The policies below are a working starting point, not legal advice. Have them reviewed against the law in every market you sell into before you go live — consumer-protection, distance-selling, tobacco and nicotine, and data-protection rules all apply to this category and they differ by jurisdiction.

Age policy

We sell only to adults of 18 and over. You confirm your age on arrival and again before payment. Deliveries are handed to adults only, and the courier may request identification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the buyer is under the legal age, and to report attempted purchases by minors.

Our age confirmation is self-declared. It is not identity verification. If the jurisdiction you sell into requires verified age checks, that must be added before you trade there — the reusable compliance components in this site are built so those notices can be updated in one place.

Terms of sale

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order after payment clears. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Your total is calculated by our server from the live catalogue at the moment of checkout; that figure is authoritative.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that portion of the order. We may cancel an order where a price was listed in obvious error, refunding you in full.

Shipping

Flat-rate national delivery, free over the threshold shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 2–4 business days to major centres. We deliver within South Africa only and will not ship vaping products across borders.

Delivery is to adults only. If nobody of legal age is available to receive the parcel, the courier will not leave it.

Returns

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods may be returned. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of vaping products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details and delivery address. That data is used to fulfil your order and to contact you about it.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by PayFast on their own systems.

Your cart and your age confirmation are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears both.

Responsible use

Nicotine is addictive. These products are intended for adults who already use nicotine. They are not for non-smokers, not for anyone under 18, and not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Keep vaping products and their packaging out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine liquid is harmful if swallowed. If you are concerned about nicotine dependence, speak to a pharmacist or a doctor.

We make no health, safety, therapeutic or smoking-cessation claims about any product we sell.
